  Dear Passengers,

GENERAL GUIDELINES
• Citizens and residents can travel to the country of their choice, according to the measures taken by countries regarding passengers from abroad.
• The passenger will be solely responsible for his actions and for checking the COVID-19 situation in the country he wishes to visit and for self-monitoring of any symptoms he may experience.
• All citizens and residents must pass a PCR test after landing at airports in Dubai.
• Tourists were given the option to show PCR test results (96 hours valid) when they arrive in Dubai or to have a test run at Dubai airports.
• All positive COVID-19 cases will be quarantined for 14 days at the expense of their treatment and quarantine costs.

THE RETURN OF THE RESIDENTS IN DUBAI TO THE COUNTRY
FROM 22 JUNE 2020
• Approvals to return to the country are carried out by the Dubai Directorate of Residence and Foreign Affairs through a direct connection with the airline.
• PCR testing is performed at Dubai airports.
• Mandatory 14-day quarantine applies to all positive COVID-19 cases.

DUBAI CITIZENS AND PEOPLE RESIDING IN DUBAI CAN TRAVEL ABROAD FROM JUNE 23, 2020.
• Citizens and residents of the country can travel abroad, based on the official flight schedules of Dubai airports and on condition that airports continue their operations in these countries.
• After returning to the country, PCR test should be taken in Dubai airports.
• Mandatory 14-day quarantine applies to all positive COVID-19 cases.

INTRODUCTION OF VISITORS AND TOURISTS TO DUBAI FROM 7 JULY 2020
• Tourists and visitors can enter the country according to the official flight schedules of Dubai airports and provided that the airports continue their operations in the country of departure.
• When they arrive in Dubai, they are required to show PCR test results (valid for 96 hours) or to take tests at Dubai airports.
• Mandatory 14-day quarantine applies to all positive COVID-19 cases.

Passengers' responsibilities

PROCEDURES AFTER RETURN TO DUBAI
PCR test required

• In positive COVID-19 cases, it is imperative to comply with the 14-day quarantine.
• According to the official guidelines of the COVID-19 Command and Control Center, quarantine is possible at home if quarantine conditions are met.
• Residents who have a positive COVID-19 test and share their home with someone else or live in a crowded residence must be quarantined at a facility. A quarantine facility should be provided by its employers in accordance with the guidelines of the COVID-19 Command and Control Center, or a state-provided quarantine facility should be selected to cover the costs involved.

Procedures for Tourists Arriving in Dubai from Abroad
TRAVEL CONDITIONS FOR DUBAI

• Airlines have the right not to board passengers with any COVID-19 symptoms.

DUBAI AIRPORTS AFTER ARRIVAL PROCEDURES
If there is no valid PCR test result with the tourist, a test is carried out at Dubai airports.
• All incoming passengers should have their fever measured with thermal scanning devices.
• Tourists who do not have a valid PCR test result will enter the test after arrival.
• The pre-departure test is negative but COVID-19

• Tourists are required to download the COVID-19 DXB application.
