| Announcement: England will accept Covid-19 vaccines made in Turkey
|

| Dear Passengers,
It has been announced that the certificates regarding the Covid-19 vaccines made in Turkey will be accepted by the UK.
Passengers who have been fully vaccinated in Turkey 14 days before travel with one of the vaccines approved by the British authorities (AstraZeneca, BioNTech, Moderna, Janssen) do not need to have a Covid-19 test before traveling to the UK. Also, the requirement to go into quarantine on arrival in the UK and have a PCR test on the eighth day has been lifted. You will only need to fill out the "passenger locator form" and have a PCR test done on the second day after arrival in the UK.
This application will be valid as of 11 October 2021, 04:00.
In addition, by the end of October, fully vaccinated passengers will be able to have a lower cost and faster "lateral flow" (antigen) test instead of the second-day PCR test.
Passengers who have not been vaccinated with approved vaccines in the UK are required to have a PCR test within the last 72 hours before their arrival, enter into quarantine at the address they will declare for 10 days following their arrival in the UK, and have a PCR test on the second and eighth days of quarantine. Passengers in this situation will be able to end their quarantine early by stating their preferences on the "passenger locator form" presented upon arrival in the UK and by making a reservation in advance and taking the fifth day test to be made.
