  Announcement: Turkish Airlines starts flight to Beirut on July 2...  
 
  Dear Passengers,

According to the Lebanese Civil Aviation Authority's instruction dated 27 June 2020, every passenger who lands at Beirut Airport (except 0-5 years old) will be subjected to PCR test and the test fee set at 100 USD will be collected from the passengers.

Passengers travelling from Turkey to Beirut will pay a test fee of USD 100 at the airport and in return the airline will arrange an EMD for the passenger.

Passengers arriving from countries designated as PCR countries will submit a negative PCR test at check-in during the last 96 hours prior to the flight.

* All Beirut passengers should go to check-in counters without exception.

The application for the passengers coming from the countries that are divided into 2 categories as PCR and non-PCR will be as follows:

Application:

1- Passengers from countries that have applied PCR
a. The passenger will present the PCR test with a negative result maximum 96 hours before the flight at check-in.
b. PCR test will be applied to the passenger again on arrival at Beirut Airport and the result will be received within 24 hours.
c. Health insurance is required from all incoming passengers. The passenger will have private health insurance before traveling (to be made through the link reported by the authority in the future). If the passenger does not make the pre-travel policy, he will be able to buy it at the airport on his arrival in Beirut, or the passenger must have international private health insurance covering valid Covid-19.
D. Passengers are asked to fill in the Health Declaration Form. However, the form is left to the request of the person. https://areg.is/0gadng

2- Passengers from countries without PCR
a. PCR test will be done upon arrival at Beirut Airport, the result will be received within 24 hours.
b. 72 hours after the arrival of the passenger, a second PCR test will be requested again at the health institution guided by the Lebanese Ministry of Health teams.
c. Health insurance is required from all incoming passengers. The passenger will have private health insurance before the travel (via the link reported by the authority in the future). If the passenger does not receive his pre-travel policy, he will be able to buy it at the airport on his arrival in Beirut, or the passenger must have international private health insurance covering valid Covid-19.
