| Duyuru: Lübnan-Beyrut PCR Test Uygulaması

| Değerli Yolcularımız,
11 Ocak 2021 itibarıyla, İstanbul' dan veya herhangi bir ülke havalimanından Beyrut' a seyahat edecek tüm yolcuları kapsayan zorunlu uygulamalar aşağıda verilmiştir.
- 12 yaş ve altı haricindeki tüm yolcuların Lübnan' a varışlarından maksimum 96 saat önce negatif PCR testini sefere başladıkları ilk noktada ibraz etmeleri zorunludur. Negatif PCR testini ibraz edemeyen yolcular sefere kabul edilmeyecektir. Lübnan'dan çıkış yaparak 7 gün içerisinde Lübnan'a dönecek yolcular çıkış ve dönüşleri haftanın aynı günü olması şartı ile çıkış ülkesinde PCR test olmadan uçuşa kabul edilebilecektir.
- Seyahat öncesinde tüm yolcuların http://arcg.is/0GaDnG web adresinden online form doldurulması zorunludur.
- Yolculara ayrıca Lübnan varışlarında havalimanı otoritesi tarafından PCR testi yapılmaktadır. Test için yolcunun çıkış yaptığı istasyonda 50 USD ücret alınmaktadır. Bileti içerisinde P6 vergisi tahsil edilen yolcular, UNIFIL üyeleri, 12 yaş ve altı yolcular ve Lübnan'da faaliyet gösteren diplomatik delegasyon üyeleri test ücretinden muaftır.
- Beyruta seyahat edecek yolcuların aşağıda belirtilen otellerden birinde 48 saatlik rezervasyon yaptırmaları gerekmektedir. Başka bir otel rezervasyonu kabul edilmeyecek olup, bu şartlarda otel rezervasyonu olmayan yolcular sefere kabul edilmeyecektir. Diplomatlar ve aileleri, resmi delegasyon memurları , UNIFIL üyeleri, Covid aşısı yaptıranlar ve aşı yaptırdığını medikal sertifika ile ibraz edenler otel rezervasyonu uygulamasından muaftır. Lübnan'a gelerek 48 saat içerisinde karayolu ile Suriye'ye geçiş yapacak yolcular otel rezervasyonu ve karantinası uygulamasından muaftır.
- Yolcular havalimanında yapılacak test sonrası rezervasyonları olan otele otobüsler ile gönderilecektir. Bu yolcular havalimanında yapılan PCR test sonucu gelene kadar 48 saat süre ile karantinada kalacaklardır. Daha sonra test sonucu negatif ise Lübnan da bulunan adreslerine geçerek 5 gün daha karantina da kalacaklardır. 5 gün sonunda Lübnan da PCR testleri yenilenecektir. Bu test ücreti yolcu tarafından karşılanacaktır.

| Announcement: Lebanon-Beirut PCR Test Application

| Dear Passengers,
As of January 11, 2021, mandatory practices for all passengers departing from Istanbul or any country airport to Beirut are given below.
- All passengers, except 12 years old and younger, will be asked at the first point they started traveling for a negative PCR test result maximum 96 hours before their arrival in Lebanon. Passengers who cannot submit a test under these conditions will not be accepted for the flight. Passengers departing from Lebanon and returning to Lebanon within 7 days can be admitted to the flight without PCR testing, with the condition that the departure and return are the same day of the week.
- Before traveling, all passengers must fill in an online form at http://arcg.is/0GaDnG.
- An additional PCR test is performed by the Airport Authority for passengers on their arrival in Lebanon. The passenger is charged 50 USD at the departure station for the PCR test. Passengers with P6 tax charged in the ticket, UNIFIL members, passengers aged 12 and under, members of the diplomatic delegation operating in Lebanon.
- All passengers must have a minimum of 48 hours reservation at one of the hotels listed below. Other hotel reservations will not be accepted and passengers who do not have a hotel reservation under these conditions will not be accepted for the flight. Diplomats and their families, official delegation officers, UNIFIL members, those who have had the Covid vaccine and present their vaccination with a medical certificate are exempt from hotel reservation. Passengers arriving to Lebanon and going to Syria on land by highway within 48 hours are exempt from hotel reservations and quarantine implementation.
- Passengers will be transported to the hotel by buses after the test to be made at the airport. These passengers will remain in quarantine for 48 hours until the PCR test result is obtained at the airport. Later, if the test result is negative, they will go to their address in Lebanon and remain in quarantine for 5 more days. PCR tests will be renewed in Lebanon after 5 days. This test fee will be paid by the passenger.
