  Pegasus - Announcement regarding the resumption of Europe flights from 15 June 2020
 
 
  Dear Passengers,

Will be resuming flights between Turkey and the countries listed below from 15 June.

All guests will be permitted on flights arriving in Turkey; however, they must read and adhere to the entry rules for Turkey outlined below.

Only the guests who satisfy the criteria below will be permitted on flights arriving in Europe from Turkey.


FLIGHTS TO TURKEY:

• For flights arriving in Turkey, health checks will be carried out on passengers entering the country. PCR tests will be performed free of charge in cases where symptoms are identified during the health check and wherever deemed necessary.
• The Turkish Ministry of Health also requires passengers who enter Turkey to abide by a 14-day quarantine in their homes or designated address upon arrival.


FLIGHTS TO GERMANY:
Only persons who meet the following conditions are allowed to enter Germany.

• German citizens members
• Persons with a residence permit issued by Germany
• C type and D type visa holders issued after March 17, 2020.
• Requirements for D-type visas:
o it must be arranged for family reunification with an EU citizen
o Previously used educational and business visas
o First-time entrants will not be accepted (except for the pharmaceutical industry, seaman, seasonal worker, agriculture, media or metal industry)
o The destination must be in Germany. (For example: D-type visas that will travel to Belgium will not be accepted.
• Citizens of the European Union who will transfer to the neighboring country where they reside through Germany and citizens of the other countries who have a session on the country that is a member of the European Union (a document must be shown for the transfer. For example: Transfer flight ticket)
• Passengers who have evidence that they will make business trips (For example, Military personnel, ship personnel, people to carry out transportation, diplomats, maintenance personnel, food industry personnel, etc.)
• Passengers who will take transfer flights to their home countries through Germany (They must declare their flight tickets.)
• Turkish Service (Gray) or (Special) Green passport holders will not be accepted for touristic or family visits reasons.
• According to the state rules, passengers who will enter Germany are also included in the scope of the quarantine application of their own houses for 14 days. (Except seamen)


FLIGHTS TO AUSTRIA:
Only persons with the following conditions are allowed to enter Austria.

• European Union, Schengen member countries, Swiss and UK citizens
• Persons with residence permits issued by Austria
• People holding a D-type visa
• According to the instruction of The Ministry of Health passengers who will enter Austria shall go to the 14-day quarantine in their homes. (Except those who submit documents that the COVID-19 test is negative)


FLIGHTS TO SWITZERLAND:
Only persons with the following conditions are allowed to enter Switzerland.

• Swiss citizens
• Persons with residence permits issued by Switzerland and Liechtenstein
• D-type visa holders only at the stage of obtaining a residence permit
• C type visa holders who are in charge of official meetings in the field of health
• Passengers who will make transfer flights to their home countries via Switzerland (They must declare on-going flight tickets.)
• Persons with an employment contracts or employment certificates in a company in Switzerland
• Citizens of the European Union who will transfer to their neighboring country via Switzerland and citizens of other countries with a session in the country that is a member of the European Union (a document must be presented for the transfer. For example: Transfer flight ticket)


FLIGHTS TO DENMARK:
Only persons who meet the following conditions are allowed to enter Denmark.

• Danish citizens
• Persons with a residence permit issued by Denmark
• Persons with residence permits issued by Germany, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland (only if there are family members are in Denmark, proving document will be requested)
• Persons who have an employment contract or employment certificate in a company in Denmark
• D-type visa holders only at the stage of obtaining a residence permit
• People to attend business meetings (only if it is required and proving document must available)
• Persons to carry out transportation business (excluding private vehicles)
• Those who documenting that their family lives in Denmark, with a marriage certificate.
• People who document the purpose of treatment or the condition of one of the family members having health problems
• Those who will participate in the training activities, provided with a document
• Seamans
• People who will make transfer flights via Denmark to their home countries (They must declare the flight tickets in progress.)

FLIGHTS OT UNITED KINGDOM:

• The people who will enter the UK should be covered by the 14-day quarantine application in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Health.
• The online public health identification card must be filled in and submitted to the immigration officer.


FLIGHTS TO BELGIUM:

Only persons who meet the following conditions are allowed to enter Belgium.

• Belgium citizens and resident card holders
• Passengers who returning to their country through Belgium; European Union, Schengen member, citizens of Switzerland, England, Andorra, Monaco, Montenegro, Macedonia, San Marino, Serbia and Vatican (Holy See) countries, holders of residence / family combination card and holders of type D visa


FLIGHTS TO THE NETHERLANDS:
Only persons who meet the following conditions are allowed to enter the Netherlands.

• Netherland citizens and resident card holders
• Passenger who returning to their country through the Netherlands; European Union, Schengen member, citizens of Switzerland, England, Andorra, Monaco, Montenegro, Macedonia, San Marino, Serbia and Vatican (Holy See) countries, holders of residence / family member card and holders of type D visa
• People who will transit flight from the Netherlands
• Public Health promotion card must be filled in and presented during boarding.
• The people who will enter the Netherlands should be covered by the 14-day quarantine application in accordance with the Ministry of Health instructions.


FLIGHTS TO FRANCE:
Only people who meet the following conditions are allowed to enter France.
• French citizens and resident card holders
• Passenger who will return to their country through France; European Union, Schengen member, citizens of Switzerland, UK, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Serbia and Vatican (Holy See) countries, holders of residence / family member cards and holders of type D visa
• The online public health identification card must be filled in and submitted to the immigration officers. It is https://www.interieur.gouv.fr.
• The people who will enter France must be covered by the 14-day quarantine application in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Health.
