| Announcement: Passengers going to England from Turkey will be able to have a "lateral Flow" test instead of the PCR test on the second day
|

| Dear Passengers,
The UK has started to accept passengers who have been vaccinated with one of the vaccines approved by the British authorities (AstraZeneca, BioNTech, Moderna, Janssen) in Turkey and countries that are not on the "red list", to have the swab test (lateral flow-antigen) performed instead of the PCR test.
Thus, it will be sufficient to have a swab test (lateral flow-antigen) done in the first two days instead of the PCR test, which should be done on the second day following the arrival in England.
These tests must be booked at special test centers prior to travel. Tests by the NHS are not accepted for this purpose.
Passengers who have not been vaccinated with approved vaccines in the UK must have a PCR test within the last 72 hours before their arrival, enter quarantine at the address they will declare for 10 days following their arrival in the UK, and have a PCR test on the 2nd and 8th days of quarantine. Passengers in this situation will be able to end their quarantine early, if they wish, by taking a test on the fifth day, by specifying it on the passenger tracking form (passenger locator form) presented upon arrival in England and by pre-booking.
